Delivery Information

STANDARD DELIVERIES

We aim to despatch your online order within 2 working days on an overnight courier to your required delivery address.  Our delivery days are Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm.

If an item is out of stock (you will have an indication of this upon checkout) and you decide to place an order for this item, it will be placed on backorder and automatically delivered to you once it comes back in to stock.  We will part deliver the rest of your order and you will only be charged one P&P cost.

A fixed P&P charge of £10.00 applies to all orders within mainland UK.  There is no minimum order value. On occasion and in order to expedite delivery, we may ask a UK manufacturer to deliver to your designated address on our behalf.  This will be done through couriers as if it were sent directly from us.

You will be advised via email when your items are dispatched, we will also provide courier details and tracking information.  Once you get dispatch confirmation, you should expect your delivery next working day. If you have missed the delivery, our couriers will leave a card with their details.  Please contact them to arrange another delivery.  If you have not contacted them within 3 working days, they will send the items back to us and you will be charged another P&P of £10.00 to resend the items.

We endeavour to ensure all items are packaged very well and do not get damaged/tampered in transit.  In the very unlikely event of shortages/damaged items, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. When ordering items which require a professional installation eg: recessed down lights, it is unadvisable to book electrical contractors/engineers for the purpose of installation until you have received and checked your order as Green lighting Store does not accept responsibility for labour charges (for more info please see terms and conditions).

SUPPLY PARTNERS - DIRECT SHIPPING

All orders placed for items showing availability will be dispatched within 24hrs. We will ensure prompt delivery through our partner suppliers. Our aim is to deliver all items placed on order before 2.00pm the following day.

SPECIAL DELIVERIES

We are able to arrange guaranteed A.M deliveries at a P&P cost of £15.00, this might be helpful if we are not delivering to your work address and you want to ensure you delivery happens before 12 noon. For items to be eligible for next day delivery products must firstly be in stock and orders must be received before 12PM the preceding day.

NON MAINLAND UK CUSTOMERS

A fixed delivery charge of £30 will apply to your order.  Please allow 5 working days for delivery once items have been despatched.
